On June 29, 2022, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (HOSE: KBC) approved to raise the ownership ratio at Saigon – Danang Investment Corporation by receiving the stake transfer from shareholders of Saigon – Danang Investment Corporation, as follows:

-        Address: 61A Nguyen Van Cu, Hoa Hiep Bac, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city, Viet Nam

-        Owning volume before trading: 3,900,000 shares (19.5%)

-        Buying volume: 5,700,000 shares

-        Owning volume after trading: 9,600,000 shares (48%)

-        Transfer date: June 30, 2022.
