CTF: Record date for 2021 stock dividend payment On July 01, 2022, the Hochjminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1277/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of City Auto Corporation as follows:
- Ex-right date: July 12, 2022
- Record date: July 13, 2022
- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock divdiend for 2021.
- Content:
- Exercise ratio: 100:5 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 3,619,888 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 109 shares. With 5% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 109 * 5/100 = 5.45 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 05 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.45 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
