BCG: Investing in Tipharco Pharmaceutical JSC

The Board resolution dated July 04, 2022, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the capital contribution to Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Charter capital: VND 63,159,280,000

-          Stock volume: 6,315,928 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Capital contribution rate of BCG in Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company: 1,327,000 shares, equivalent to VND 13,270,000,000, accounting for 21.01% charter capital or Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.

-          Time of implementation: Quarter III/2022.

-          Representative of contribution capital of BCG in Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company:

+ Mrs. Tran Thi Kieu Tien (796,200 shares, equivalent to 12.61% charter capital of Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company)

+ Mr. Luu Hoai Nam (265,400 shares, equivalent to 4.20% charter capital of Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company)

+ Mrs. Ly Thi Xuan Mai (265,400 shares, equivalent to 4.20% charter capital of Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company).
