-          Issuer: BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and without warrants

-          Par value: 100,000 dongs/bond

-          Charter capital: VND1,435,200,000,000

-          Registered offering volume: 6,000,000 bonds; Of which:

+ Phase 1: 3,000,000 bonds for BAFH2225001;

+ Phase 2: 3,000,000 bonds for BAFH2225002.

-          Total value (based on par value): VND600,000,000,000.

-          Distribution time:

+ Phase 1: within 90 days as from the effective date of public offering certificate.

+ Phase 2: expected in Quarter 4/2022 or Quarter 1/2023
