BAF: Adjusting the Board resolution dated May 10, 2022

   The Board resolution dated July 22, 2022, the BOD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of the Board resolution dated May 10, 2022 as follows:

-          Transfer value will be adjusted into USD646,800, equivalent to VND14,983,824,894

-          Transfer price will be adjusted into  USD646,800.
