VPI: BOD resolution dated June 24, 2022

The Board resolution dated June 24, 2022, the BOF of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the transfer all shares in Lam Vien Company Limited. After the transfer completes, Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company will no longer be the owner of Lam Vien Company Limited.
2. Approved the transfer of 2,744,000 shares in Tran Viet Land Trading – Investment Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company will no longer be a shareholder of Tran Viet Land Trading – Investment Joint Stock Company
