The Board resolution dated June 28, 2022, the BOD of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares of Truong Thanh Quang Ngai Power and High Technology Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Stock name: Truong Thanh Quang Ngai Power and High Technology Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Transferor:  Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuong

-          Expected purchase volume: 1,650,000 shares, equivalent to 4.1% charter capital of Truong Thanh Quang Ngai Power and High Technology Joint Stock Company

-          Purchase price: less than VND 15,000/share

-          Time of implementation: expected from Quarter II/2022 to Quarter III/2022.

After the purchase completes, TEG will own 1,650,000 shares, equivalent to 4.1% charter capital of Truong Thanh Quang Ngai Power and High Technology Joint Stock Company.
