The Board resolution dated June 08, 2022, the BOD of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2022:

-          Report the Executive Board in 2021.

-          Report on the business result in 2021 and business plan in 2022

-          Audited financial statements in 2021

-          Plan for 2021 profit distribution

-          the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022

-          Other issues.
