On June 24, 2022, Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announces the change in personnel as follows:

1. The appointment of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dien as temporary Chairman of BOD of the Company from June 23, 2022.
2. The appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company from July 01, 2022.
3. The appointment of Mr. Luong Truong Luan as member of Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2026 of the Company from June 23, 2022.
4. The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy as member of BOD of the Company from June 23, 2022.
5. The resignation of Mr. Tran Anh Duy as member of BOD of the Company from June 23, 2022.
6. The resignation of Mr. Vu Xuan Dung as Chief Executive Officer cum Legal Representative of the Company from July 01, 2022.
