OGC: OGC changed from warning status to supervision
The Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued a decision and an announcement to change the shares of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC) from warning status to supervision status as of May 31, 2022.
Reason: The Company delayed the submission of the 2021 audited financial statements by more than 30 days compared to regulations.
