On June 08, 2022, the BOD of 577 Investment Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the establishment of Internal Audit Department under the Board of Directors.
2. Approved the promulgation of Internal Audit Regulation.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Do Xuan Chinh as Person in charge of Internal Audit of the Company from June 08, 2022.
