NAF: BOD resolution dated June 01, 2022

The Board resolution dated June 01, 2022, the BOD of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter due to the increase of charter capital from VND599,267,850,000 to VND629,230,580,000
2. Approved the signing of stock offering consulting contract between Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company and Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation.
3. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Dang Thi Loan as Chief Accountant of the Company from June 01, 2022.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Phan Minh Duc as Chief Accountant of the Company from June 01, 2022.
