MWG: Record date for 2021 dividend payment On June 06, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No. 1111/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Mobile World Investment Corporation as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 16, 2022
- Record date: June 17, 2022
- Reason & Purpose: to issue shares for 2021 dividend payment.

- Expected issue volume: 731,854,815 shares
- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units. Due to the exercise ratio of 1:1, so there are no fractional shares.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 115 shares. With 1:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 115 * 1/1= 115 shares. Accordingly, the shareholder A will receive 115 new shares.
- Place of implementation:
