MSH: Record date for 2021 dividend payment On May 31, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1084/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 07, 2022
- Record date: June 08, 2022
- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2021;
- Content:
- Expected issue volume: 25,004,700 shares
- Exercise ratio: 2:1 (Those who own 02 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 201 shares. With 2:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 201 * 1/2 = 100.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 05 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.4 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
