LCM: The second annual general meeting of 2022 is unsuccessful

On June 24, 2022, the second Annual General Meeting 2022 of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were 10 shareholders representing 5,274,270 shares, accounting for 21.41% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the second Annual General Meeting 2022 of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. Therefore, the Company will organize the third Annual General Meeting 2022 on July 12, 2022 at Laocaistar hotel, No.003 Hoang Lien, Coc Leu ward, Lao Cai city, Lao Cao province.
