LCG: Plan for 2021 dividend payment The Board resolution dated June 24, 2022, the BOD of Lizen Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2021 with details as follows:
- Stock name: Lizen Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares issued: 174,404,824 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 172,404,486 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 2,000,338 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 17,240,448 shares
- Exercise ratio: 10% (10:1) (Those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 101 shares. With 10:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101*1/10 = 10.10 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 10 new shares and fractional shares of 0.10 share will be cancelled.
- Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 3/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
