On May 31, 2022, F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company received the resignation letters from the following people:

-          Mr. Kieu Huu Dung resigned from the position of Member of the Board of Directors;

-          Mr. Bui Tuan resigned from the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors;

-          Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy resigned from the position of Head of the Board of Supervisors;

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Anh resigned from the position of Member of the Board of Supervisors.
