The Board resolution dated June 07, 2022, the BOD of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the implementation of project "Investment to expand GAD's production plants":

-          Project name: Investment to expand GAD's production plants

-          Investor: Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company

-          Location to implement project:

+ Chau Son Industrial zone Plant, Phu Ly, Ha Nam province.

+ Tan Tao Industrial zone Plant, Binh Tan, Ho Chi Minh.

+ Ngoc Hoi Industrial zone Plant, Thanh Tri, Ha Noi.

-          Total value of investment: VND 646,097,990,000; Of which:

+  Equity capital: VND 387,658,794,000, equivalent to 60% of total value of investment

+ Loan: VND 258,439,196,000, equivalent to 40% of total value of investment

2. Approved the selection of Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited (AVA) as the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
