-          Address: Dong Phuoc hamlet, Hoa An commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (CTF owns 1,950,000 shares, equivalent to 39.00% charter capital of Phu Yen Automobile Corporation).
