CEE: Delisting CEE shares

Pursuant to the announcement by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, CII Engineering and Construction JSC announces the delisting for 41,500,000 shares (stock symbol: CEE). The last trading date will be July 21, 2022. After July 22, 2022, the Company will fulfill the procedure to cancel the securities registration at the Vietnam Securities Depository according to regulations.
