Acticle 1: Approving share offering to existing shareholders approved by AGM on 9 April 2022.
- Charter capital before the issuance: 3,365,267,520,000 dongs
- Outstanding shares: 336,526,752 shares
- Issued volume: 168,263,376 shares
- Issued valued: 2,019,160,512,000 dongs
- Issued ratio/ out. shares: 50%
- Offering price: 12,000 dongs / share
- Object: existing shareholders
- Exercise ratio: 2:1
- Transference restriction: the fractional shares will be round down to unit and unsold shares are offered to other investors with 1-year restricted transference.
- Existing shareholders can tranfer the right to others but the third party can’t tranfer the right again.
- Charter capital after the issuance: 5,047,901,280,000 dongs
Acticle 2: Approving capital using plan from the issued value 2,019,160,512,000 dongs.
