The Board resolution dated May 05, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved to implement the plan to issue shares for 2021 dividend payment with details as follows:

-          Stock name: Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation

-          Stock code: VSC

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND1,102,455,960,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 110,245,596 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 11,024,559 shares

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND110,245,590,000

-          Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Expected volume after the issuance: 121,270,155 shares

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND1,212,701,550,000.
