The Board resolution dated May 09, 2022, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved the changes in personnel:

1. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Huynh Thi Thu Trang as Secretary cum Person in charge of Corporate Governance from May 09, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Truong Tiet Anh as Secretary cum Person in charge of Corporate Governance from May 09, 2022.
