UDC: Extending the time to hold AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated April 27, 2022, the BOD of Urban Development and Construction Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders before June 30, 2022.
2. Approved the plan to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: May 24, 2022

-          Meeting time: 8:00, June 24, 2022

-          Meeting venue: 37 street 3/2, ward 8, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
