STG: 2022 AGM Resolution

South Logistics Joint Stock Company announces 2022 AGM Resolution as follows:

1. Approve reports of 2021 business results, 2022 plans and reports of the BOD.
2. Approve the 2021-2022 dividend plan of the BOD:

-          2021 dividend: 0% of charter capital

-          2022 cash dividend: 10% of charter capital

1. Approve the 2021 profit distribution:

-          Profit after tax: 246,647 mil. dongs

1. Approve the 2022 business plan:

Unit: mil. dongs

1. Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board.
2. Approve the auditor for 2022 audited financial statements.
3. Approve transactions between the company and its members.
4. Approve a subsidiary (SII) merging into the company.
5. Approve personnel change.

-          Because Mr. Tran Tuan Anh and Mr. Dang Doan Kien are ended the term at the BOD, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh and Lee Kian Huat (Peter) are appointed to the BOD.
