-          Listed volume: 74,001,914 shares, including 74,001,604 shares and 310 treasury shares

-          Issued volume: estimated maximum 74,001,604 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1

-          Offering price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Planning time: in quarter 2 or 3/2022; and after SSC approve the event.

1. Approving the plan of using the increasing capital for business activities.
2. Approving documents of the issuance plan to existing shareholders.
