The Board resolution dated May 24, 2022, the BOD of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved the change of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 as follows:

-          Meeting time: June 23, 2022 (instead of May 30, 2022)

-          Record date: April 25, 2022

-          Meeting venue: Km28, highway 18, Pha Lai ward, Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province.
