NKG: Plan for stock issuance to pay dividend The Board resolution dated May 05, 2022, the BOD of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan to issue shares for dividend payment with details as follows:
- Stock name: Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: NKG
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of outstanding shares: 219,398,568 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 43,879,713 shares
- Total value of issuance (at par value): VND438,797,130,000
- Exercise ratio: 20% (100:20) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 20 new shares).
- Charter capital before the issue: VND2,632,782,810,000
- Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 101shares. With 20% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101*20/100 = 20.2 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 20 new shares and fractional shares of 0.2 will be cancelled. HOSE
