KHG: Increasing charter capital

  On May 06, 2022, the BOD of Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company approved the registration to raise its charter capital from VND3,188,175,470,000 to VND4,431,562,050,000 due to the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 and stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
