HPG: BOD resolution dated April 28, 2022

  The Board resolution dated April 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the change of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022:

-        Meeting time: 8:00, May 24, 2022

-        Meeting venue: Melia Hotel, 44 Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi.

2. Approved the production and business plan in 2022:

-        Revenue (estimated): 160,000 billion dongs

-        Profit after tax (estimated): from 25,000 billion dongs to 30,000 billion dongs.

3. Approved the 2021 dividend payment plan:

-        Exercise ratio: 35%

-        Payment form: 5% in cash and 30% in stock

-        Time of implementation: Quarter II/2022 – Quarter III/2022.

4. Approved the estimated dividend rate in 2022: 25%
