  The Board resolution dated April 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the report on the business result in Quarter 1/20222 and the business plan in Quarter 2/2022.
2. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thai Anh as Chairwoman of Auidt Committee and Head of Internal Audit Department of the Company.
