ELC: Board resolution 09 May 2022

On May 09, 2022, the Board of Directors of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (stock code: ELC) unanimously approved the following issues:

1. To elect Mr. Phan Chien Thang as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Term 2022-2027.

2. To elect Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors for Term 2022-2027.

3. To choose TTP Auditing Co., Ltd. to be the audit firm for ELC in 2022.

4. To approve the remuneration payment of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2022.
