D2D: Dividend payment & selection of audit firm

The Board resolution dated May 09, 2022, the Board of Directors of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 approved the following contents:

1. To pay second cash dividend for 2021:

-          Exercise ratio: 35% par value (3,500 dongs/share)

-          Record date: May 24, 2022

-          Payment time: June 02, 2022.

1. To select RSM Vietnam Auditing and Consulting Company Limited the as the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
