APC: Personnel change

On May 04, 2022, the BOD of An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company approved the changes in personnel:

1. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Huynh Thi Bich Loan as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company from May 04, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Pham Thi Luong – Independent member of BOD as member of Audit Committee of the Company from May 04, 2022.
3. Approved the resignation of Mr. Vo Thai Son as Chairman of BOD of the Company from May 04, 2022.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hau as Chairman of BOD of the Company from May 04, 2022.
