ACC: Personnel change

On April 30, 2022, ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the changes in personnel:

1. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Van – Deputy Chief Financial Officer as member of BOD of the Company from April 29, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Minh Chi as member of Supervisory Board of the Company from April 29, 2022.
3. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thanh as member of BOD of the Company from April 29, 2022.
4. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Le Thi Tuoi as member of Supervisory Board of the Company from April 29, 2022.
