VPB: BOD resolution dated April 25, 2022

On April 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the additional purchase of 842,783,941 shares of ASC Securities Corporation (ASC)in the stock issuance to existing shareholders of ASC with total value of VND8,427,839,410,000. After the purchase completes, VPBank will own 97.42% charter capital of ASC.
