VIX: Approved the distribution of unsold shares

The Board resolution dated April 08, 2022, the BOD of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved to continue to distribute the unsold shares with details as follows:

1. Approving the result of share public offering:

-          Registered offering volume: 274,595,229 shares

-          Total distributed shares: 271,661,082 shares

-          Total proceeds: 4,074,916,230,000 dongs

-          Transfer restriction: none.

2. Approving the plan for distribution the unsold shares to other investors:

-          Selling volume: 2,934,147 shares

-          Selling price: VND15,000/share

-          Payment time: from the effective date of this Resolution to April 14, 2022.

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

-          Bank for blocking depository money:
