According to the Board resolution dated May 05, 2022, the Board of Directors of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company decided to change the record date for holding the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date after change: April 29, 2022.
