On April 22, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market because the Company disclosed the resignation of Board Chairman later than prescribed.
