The Board resolution dated April 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the change of the company’s Legal Representative from Mrs. Nguyen Thuy Van – Chairwoman of BOD to Mr. Vo Quoc Khanh – Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
2. Approved the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter with new Legal Representative.
