ROS: ROS to be put into warning status

On April 19, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: ROS) into warning status as of April 26, 2022.

Reason: The listed firm delayed the submission of the 2021 audited financial statements or the interim reviewed financial statements by more than 15 days compared to the specified time.
