The Board resolution dated April 19, 2022, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to May 2022.
2. Approved the plan to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 18, 2022.
