HII: Approved the distribution of unsold shares

The Board resolution dated April 19, 2022, the BOD of An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the result of share public offering:

-          Registered offering volume: 36,831,508 shares

-          Total distributed shares: 35,877,729 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 953,779 shares.

2. Approving the plan for distribution the unsold shares to other investors:

-          Selling volume: 953,779 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Time for subscription and payment: from April 19, 2022 to April 20, 2022

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
