HAI: Extending the time to hold AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated April 18, 2022, the BOD of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. The extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders before June 30, 2022. The details will be informed later.
2. The cancellation of record date (March 31, 2022) for holding the Annual General Meeting 2022.
