DRH: Approved the distribution of unsold shares

The Board resolution dated April 20, 2022, the BOD of DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the result of share public offering:

-          Registered offering volume: 60,353,933 shares

-          Offering price: VND12,000/share

-          Distributed volume: 55,305,193 shares

-          Total proceeds: VND663,662,316,000

-          Undistributed volume: 5,048,740 shares.

2. Approving the plan for distribution the undistributed shares to other investors:

-          Selling volume: 5,048,740 shares

-          Selling price: VND12,000/share

-          Payment time: from April 21, 2022 to April 25, 2022

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
