BCG: Contributing the additional capital to BCG Energy JSC

The Board resolution dated April 07, 2022, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution to BCG Energy Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Value of the additional capital contribution: VND800,000,000,000

-          Total value of contributed capital: VND2,408,000,000,000, equivalent to 240,800,000 shares, accounting for 79.5% charter capital of BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.
