ABR: Reminded of information disclosure

On April 22, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask Viet Brand Invest Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market because the Company disclosed the 2021 Annual Report and the documents of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders later than prescribed.
