VIX: Extending the time to hold AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated March 08, 2022, the BOD of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2022. The details will be informed later.

Reason for extension: The Company would like to finish the stock issuance for increasing charter capital before the company holds the Annual General Meeting 2022.
