VDP: Approval of the holding AGM 2022 & dividend payment

The Board resolution dated March 04, 2021, the BOD of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the record date to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay first cash dividend for 2021 on March 28, 2022.
2. Approving the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Meeting time: 8:00, April 23, 2022

-          Meeting venue (estimated): 184/2 Le Van Sy, ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh.

3. Approving the first cash dividend payment for 2021:

-          Exercise ratio (estimated): 20%/par value (2,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date (estimated): May 20, 2022.
