Based on the meeting minutes dated March 08, 2022, the BOD of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the report on the business result in 2021:

-          Revenue:                           3,707 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:               1,850 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:                  1,499 billion dongs.

2. Approved the report on the business plan in 2022:

-          Revenue:                           3,240 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:               1,900 billion dongs.
